We develop and offer a range of innovative and highly successful personal development, leadership, health and educational programs, camps and courses. All programs are proudly developed and overseen by WELS Director, Ben Righetti, who is a passionate, highly qualified and experienced educator, mentor, coach and program coordinator. Ben has over 15 years experience working with young people and developing innovative and highly successful programs for young people around Australia.
