We develop and offer a range of innovative and highly successful personal development, health, leadership and educational programs, camps and courses for young people of all ages, interests and capabilities.  All programs and services are developed and overseen by WELS Director, Ben Righetti who is passionate, highly qualified and experienced educator, mentor, coach and program coordinator.  Ben has over 15 years experience developing and coordinating innovative and highly successful programs for young people around Australia.
