Leadership
Authentic leadership is an ongoing process of personal and social development, exploration and learning. Authentic leadership is a process of deeper self-understanding (leadership of self) and deeper understanding of how you relate to and influence others (leadership of others). Every person is a leader and can lead themselves, influence others and make a positive difference. Entrepreneurship & Social Enterprise
Entrepreneurship and social enterprise is the process of using your passions, energy and capabilities to identify, develop and create new solutions to address real needs. Creating real projects, real services, real activities, real events, real product, new enterprises, new business, new organisations that make the world a better place. Our modern globalised world means that for young people to be happy, healthy and successful today, and in their future, they will have to be able to continue to develop their unique entrepreneurial capabilities. Are you looking for programs that provide your students with powerful and life changing personal and social development outcomes and learning. We work in partnership with your school and students to develop, design and run personal and social development focussed camps, outdoor ed and sustainability programs, tailored to the specific goals and needs of your school and students. Yes - we really do it! We can develop and run camps and programs for students of all ages and stages of their personal and social development (Junior Primary to Year 12). We can develop, design and run:
