This is just some of the positive feedback we get from parents and young people. So, if you're looking for a great life experience for your child these school holidays that you won’t find anywhere else? Do you want them to challenge themselves, develop their leadership and teamwork capabilities, have fun, meet new people and learn essential life skills? Would you like them spend lots of active time in the outdoors and out and about in the community – and away from screens and e-technology? If so, our Leadership Programs are just what you are looking for! Yes, some might say they do something like this but we really do it - in partnership with young people and families.

Since, 2012, we have had the privilege of working with thousands of young people of all ages, interests and capabilities. Young people and families keep telling us that are program is by far the ‘best’ program they have ever done during the school holidays or during school time. Since 2012, our programs are consistently rated 9.5 out of 10 by both our participants and parents.

We have a great range of programs for children or all ages, interests and capabilities. Meet Our Director and Lead Educator - Ben Righetti MBA, Grad Dip.Ed. MSocDev Bsc. COR MEd*
All WELS programs are developed and overseen by our Director and Lead Educator, Ben Righetti. Ben is a passionate, highly qualified and experienced educator, teacher, mentor, coach, social worker, community development coordinator, researcher and program coordinator. Ben has over 20 years experience working with thousands of young people around Australia of all ages and capabilities. Over 20 years, Ben has developed and coordinated a range of innovative and personalised programs and camps for young people.
School Holiday Programs and Camps - Schedule
These school holidays we are offering a range day-based programs and camps for boys and girls of all ages, interests and capabilities in different areas of Melbourne and Victoria Please click on the dates or location that you are interested or scroll down the page to view all our programs. Please select the program, location and dates that work best for your child and your family. We offer special Family Rates and a Bring-A-Friend Program, so please ask us about this. We also offer special Trial Days, on case-case basis. The health and safety of all participants in always our number 1 priority.
Payments and Registrations Process
All payments are made through our secure PayPal account. Please ensure you follow the link and instructions after you pay for the program through Paypal to complete the e-registration and medical form. If you experience any difficulties with any aspect of the payment or registration process please contact us. All programs are run subject to the minimum number of participants by the registration deadline. More programs may be released in the coming weeks.
Please note GST: 10% GST will be added to all prices listed below before you confirm payment. Some program have different costs due to different venue costs.

Leadership Camp - Elsternwick
Dates: Weds 2- Fri 4 July (3 days - day-based program)
Base location (drop-off/pick-up): Wesley College - Elsternwick
Locations: Elsternwick and surrounding area
Leadership Program
Junior Group (school year/age guidelines): Prep - Year 3/4 Age: 5-8
Middle Years Group (school year/age guidelines): Year 4 - Year 6/7 Age: 9-13
Who: This program is open to children who attend any school
Note: Some program activities are streamed in age ranges; there are some cross-age activities
Base (drop-off and pick-up location): Wesley College - Elsternwick Campus
Locations: Elsternwick and south-eastern suburbs (community-based program)
3 Day Program (day-based program)
Time: 9 am - 5 pm
